Our team helps customers choose the correct size through our size chart.
However, returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection are not accepted.
We only accept returns or replacements if the item has a manufacturing defect, such as:
• Leather is not real or different from what was advertised
• Product arrives damaged
• Visible wear & tear upon opening
• Wrong product received
To file a claim, customers must send clear photos/videos within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
